Shan’s fabrics is a UK shop not only specialising in patchwork and quilting products but also supplying many other fabrics, embelishments, haberdashery and notions. How do I Pay?
You can make your payment by credit or debit card, PayPal or by cheque ( allow 5-9 days to clear) Just follow the instructions at check out. It’s very secure l and we will not be able to see any of your personal payment details.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN VISITING OUR SHOP IN HUNSTANTON WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS CARD PAYMENTS. THEREFORE, CASH ONLY PAYMENTS IN THE SHOP.
Important Information about fabrics
All our fabrics that are suitable for patchwork are 100% cotton with a nominal width of 106-112cm (42″-44″) unless stated otherwise. These fabrics have a wide range of uses including clothing, crafts etc indeed anything that a good quality cotton is used for. Other fabrics come in various widths which will be stated in the fabric description. Our fabrics are priced by the quater meter (1 unit ) please view the unit information page for full details.
Due to the limitations of colour printing, image colours may vary from actual fabric colours, with certain colours (such as reds) being particularly difficult to reproduce. Use the images on this online shop only as a guide, please do not use them to colour match fabric. we do our best to reproduce colour as true as possible but there is always a colour variation from monitor to monitor.
Making A Purchase
All Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (inclusive of VAT). Just browse our Catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy. Press the “Add to Cart” button. After you have finished your selection, click on “check out” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. None of your details will be given to a third party for any purpose other than to make a delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within one working day (Monday – Friday) any orders received after 10am on any week day then they will be dealt with the following day. Orders after 10pm on a Friday will be dealt with on a Monday. (except Bank holidays) If you require any item urgently please feel free to use the contact us button at the top of the page and we will do our very best to help you with any special requests. Please note that any shortages or damaged goods must be notified to us by phone or Email within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return an item to us. Within the European Union, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days beginning the day after the date that the item is delivered. In this case you will be expected to pay the cost of the return postage. You will receive a refund of the goods less postage and any discount. We cannot accept returns of any goods that have been opened, or fabric which once ordered is cut to your specific requirements Returns are accepted back if there is a fault in the fabric or an incorrect order was sent by mistake, if this is the case then postage will be refunded to you once the goods have been received returned in perfect condition. Shortages or faulty goods must be reported to us by Email or telephone within 7 days of receipt of your goods. We will give you a return code and instructions for return. We cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage in the return post therefore we suggest that you take adequate steps to cover yourself in case of that eventuality
