The following charges will be added to your total order value to cover postage or courier, packaging and insurance if you are in the UK:

We aim to despatch the same business day (Monday to Friday) for orders received before 10am and the next business day ( Monday to Friday ) for orders received after 10am. This service is subject to product availability and/or size restrictions. Please note that if paying by cheque you must allow for the cheque to be cleared in the Bank before your order is shipped.
Orders for a large selection of fabric cut to order may take longer to process but we will advise you in this case. It is important that you provide a daytime telephone number so that we can contact you if we need to discuss delivery of your order.
Deilvery to Outlying Areas
We reserve the right to notify you if postage to your chosen destination is significantly higher than the postage rate indicated due to the destination ( Highlands and Islands) or the bulk and/or weight of the item being shipped. If this is the case we will email you with information about the amended rate and will only proceed with the order when you confirm that the amended amount is acceptable.
It is not possible to guarantee normal delivery times as delivery can be affected by so many different factors which are beyond our control. Delivery times for outlying areas, highlands and islands will often take a little longer than the quoted times
Currently we do not deliver outside of the United Kingdom.
If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return an item to us. Within the European Union, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within fourteen working days beginning the day after the date that the item is delivered. In this case you will be expected to pay the cost of the return postage. You will receive a refund of the goods less postage and any discount. We cannot accept returns of any goods that have been opened, or fabric which once ordered is cut to your specific requirements Returns are accepted back if there is a fault in the fabric or an incorrect order was sent by mistake, if this is the case then postage will be refunded to you once the goods have been received returned in perfect condition. Shortages or faulty goods must be reported to us by Email or telephone within 7 days of receipt of your goods. We will give you a return code and instructions for return. We cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage in the return post therefore we suggest that you take adequate steps to cover yourself in case of that eventuality.
